The Farmhouse is located in the romantic village of Poppi in Casentino, amids the hilly, forested landscape between Florence and Arezzo. Nature is pristine here, and you`ll experience daily life in a small Tuscan town, far from mass tourism. Poppi was elected one of Tuscany`s loveliest and most characteristic towns in 2002, and as remained so ever since. All of this world famous region`s interesting arts and cultural cities are a minimal distance away. Florence is 55 km, Arezzo 30 km, Siena 80 km away. All of these cities can be visited comfortably on a day trip, arriving home to the pleasant climate of your vacation home in the evening. There is also plenty to see in the vicinity, the most well-known sights being the `Camaldoli` and `La Verna` cloisters, the later of which vas made famous by Francis of Assisi and the ceramics of the Robbia family.
