B&B Venice Fenice is an attractive and pleasant place in the very heart of Venice. Is very close to the La Fenice Theater , in the Sestriere San Marco near to St. Mark Square and to the Bridge of the Accademia. In the B&B Venice Phoenix there are two ample double rooms, a stay, an ample habitable kitchen and a bath.
Everything is very clean and pretty, the house has been restored in last mounth. The place is calm and silent. The entrance is indipendent.
From here you can walk in every place of the city without need of vaporetto.
You can cross the Gran Canal with a gondola for 1 euro and reach The Guggenhaim Museum, the Saluthe Church and the Punta della Dogana.
The vaporatto stop "Santa Maria del Giglio" is 100mt. far and there`s no bridge to cross to came in the Venice Fenice BeB.
